Me descargué el juego desde la página oficial y todo va bien hasta que le doy a "entrar" al seleccionar el personaje (me parece que es de temporada), de inmediato me aparece la pantalla de carga que dice "aquí comienza tu aventura" pero luego sigue otra pantalla negra y un símbolo de carga. El problema es que pasa mucho tiempo en esa pantalla y al final, se queda pegado, no dejándome jugar y teniendo que cerrar el juego.

I downloaded the game from the official website and everything is going well until I press "enter" when selecting the character (it seems to be seasonal), immediately the loading screen appears that says "your adventure begins here" but This is followed by another black screen and a charging symbol.
